SOLVED Episode where Bernard has to type because of budget cuts

There was an episode where Hacker decided to cut the budget, and things got so bad that there was no secretary, so Bernard had to do the typing himself. At one point he asks a female staff member where a certain letter is on the keyboard. I don't know which series this was in (Yes, Minister or Yes, Prime Minister).

Does anyone know which episode this was?

That episode has one of the best moments in the whole series: When the Minister realizes that the man he's badmouthing the union representative to is actually THE union representative, he tries to cover it up, "But I... I didn't mean... not... but..." and finally can't find anything to say, breaks down and cries.

Never be complete.
