I've become Jim Hacker!
So, I recently started a new job, in a different retail environment, as a manager. I was in managerial positions in my previous employment; but, it was much different. At first, my new job sounded like it was right up my alley, dealing with customer service, and support roles in a large store. However, much of it involves making sure that other people are doing there jobs. They have people in charge of those departments, who report to assistants, who report to the store manager. A large part of my job is checking up on whether the assistants are checking up on the department managers, who are checking up on the people who work in their departments! It's the Ministry of Administrative Affairs! The only difference is that I don't have a double-talking Sir Humphrey to battle, and no Bernard to provide insight. I could write my own sitcom!
