What model Alvis does Ian Bannen drive?

Looks more like a Speed 20 or 25 rather than the better-known 4.3, since it has no back seat. I have searched for pictures with two spare tires mounted on the back, as shown in the film, but can't find any.

There’s a comment on Flickr that says this:

The car used in Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy was a modified 1937 Alvis 4.3 Short Chassis Vanden Plas tourer that was put back to its original 4 seater condition some years ago, only 18 were made & 11 are known of.
