Who voice was it that used for the cylon, Cy/Cyrus in the return of starbuck? The voice sounds awfully familiar.

Rex Cutter was the actor. One can assume he voiced the cylon. Interestingly enough is that in earlier episode, featuring the Imperious Leader's lone appearance in the Gal80 series is that Patrick MacNee was not the voice as he was for the original opening and IL in the original Galactica series.

Gary Owens voiced Cy. Rex Cutter was the suit actor. :)
