Who set that God damn fire?

So, the Warriors make it to the train platform and escape from the Turn-bulls after the cops raid the meeting which gets announced on the radio. Next, there is a fire that stops the train in Orphan territory. The Orphans have no idea that there was a "BIG" meeting. So, who set that fire? Obviously the Turn-bulls reported in to somebody that the Warriors got away on the train or else the D.J. wouldn't have known and the fire wouldn't have been set.

Yeah, it's never really explained exactly who set that fire.

If it was one of the other gangs who set the fire in order to force the Warriors off the train, they never showed up or took advantage of the opportunity of the Warriors having to go on foot.

It seems unlikely that it was the Orphans, unless it was just coincidental and they set the fire for some unrelated reason. I suppose it's even possible that the fire was accidental. Fox was assuming that someone must have set the fire, but he wasn't sure.

Possibly the Riffs, as a diversionary tactic, to buy some time until they could organize or get another gang to bop the Warriors. Interesting question, and odd that no gang did, indeed, take advantage of it. However, weren't the Furies next in line for them? Maybe them...?
