So, he says this :
"Right here we have 9 delegates from 100 gangs, and there's 100 more. That's 20,000 soldiers."
I think math wasn't Cyrus' best subject in school.
Cyrus figures each gang averages about 100 members. Only 9 delegates from each gang go to the meeting.
An average of 100 per gang is ridiculous. But hey, Cyrus was ambitious.
