How did Danny Glick awake in his coffin with Mike?
Just two minutes earlier Mike was standing in front of the open plot and you could clearly see his shadow, so it wasn't even close to dusk. So how was Danny able to 'come to life' and bite his neck? That always bothered me. Yes, the clouds somewhat covered the sun but it was still light outside.
