Which scene most reminds you of Salem's Lot the movie?

When you think of this movie, what scene pops in your mind the most? In other words, if they took out this particular scene it just wouldn't be Salem's Lot to you. I'm not asking which scene is the scariest, although that might be your answer, but which one is the poster child representative scene for this movie to you?

For me it's Danny and Ralphie walking in the woods. Probably because it's one of the scenes I remember the most from childhood and I always saw it growing up, even when I might have missed other parts of the movie from time to time.

I'll have to say Danny sitting up in his coffin because thats where they left you hanging for part two and that was the first real scare for me his kid brother wasn't all that scary to me
Rocking chair was good too
Those are my 1 and 1a I'd say

Danny's coffin scene was my number two pick. I remember being surprised that he got bit because I perceived him to be the star of the movie for some reason. I think I got him confused with Ben. I was six years old.

Barlow in the jail...absolutely frightening, and I remember my reaction when I saw it back then. Hooper hit a home run with that scene.

Other than that, I really like the moments right before Mrs. Glick starts to tremble under the sheet, esp when we and Ben watch the clock. Tension is sky high.

Non scary scenes I didn't pick up on as a kid but I can appreciate now were David soul when he was staring at the house and when he was telling Jason about the house I think he was a great choice for Ben

Ralphie Glick as an Un-Dead were the scenes I remember the most.

I never got scared of Ralphie
Danny scared me I think Danny's eyes were more creepy

I think it also depends on the intensity of the scene. Ralphie just floats around and didn't say a word. Mike's scene was drawn out with a little suspense before he gets up out of the chair. Plus, we know Mike pretty well as he was frequently in the 1st two hours of the movie. Danny and Marjorie were real closeup shots.

For some reason, they did scare me the first time I saw the film, especially Ralphie. Now after many viewings, it doesn't bother me, but when I first saw it, WOW!!

I showed my 8-yr old son the preview only, and he said the part that freaked him out the most was when Barlow's cape started to move across the Petrie's kitchen floor, moments before he starts to get bigger.

Ben looked like he was gonna pee himself. When he blessing the crosses and pauses/stutters cause he is soo scared and waiting for her to wake up. David Soul did a great job with that scene.

That was a good scene all right.

The scariest scene for me was still Ralphie floating inside to wherever Danny was.

Oddly, it's the moving box in the truck. That really freaked me out a as a kid.

Barlow gate crashing the Petrie house hold. I vividly recall absolutely crapping myself (metaphorically speaking) when Barlow gradually rose from the ground and assumed his true form. Superb scene!

It's all a deep end.
