This may or may not have been covered on here before, but I feel it's worth discussing again. Mainly, does a vampire need a second invite for the same victim? Think about Ralphie and Danny in the hospital, and Mike inviting Danny into Jason's house. Both victims let the vampires in AFTER they were bitten before, albeit at other locations. Try to reply without saying the words "plot hole" or "goof", and let me know about vampire lore.

This is not a plot hole or a goof.
Sorry stones, I couldn't resist. The devil made me do it.
All right; I've had my joke, so here is my serious answer. According to my understanding of the folklore, they can and often do bite their victims multiple times.

My main question is that I wonder if vampires need to be invited in again, or do the rules change is the "victim" is in another location? Does the vampire need a special invitation the 2nd time?

I'm not 100% certain on this but I believe they do. Once they have been invited, they can enter freely after that, but they must be invited.

It's not dependent on the victim, but on the location. After Danny hat invited Ralphie into their house, Ralphie could come and go there as he pleased; but once Danny was moved to the hospital, he had to invite Ralphie in again because he was not free to enter the hospital. Had Danny remained at his house, a second invitation would not have been necessary.
It also appears that it doesn't have to be the owner of the house to invite a vampire since Mike invited Danny into Jason's house. Either that or it was a <fill in the blank> in the movie.
you may have an answer to this: I'm reading the book for the 321st time, and one of the pages has Mabel Werts picking up a phone and listening to other people's conversations without talking. Could you do that in 1975? She was gonna make a phone call, but got to listen in on someone else's convo without them knowing she was snooping.
It's very tricky. You would have to slowly pickup the receiver and cover it with your hand or a cloth, but very slowly or else the others would hear a sound variation when you picked it up.
I wasn't old enough to talk on the phone in '75 but it wouldn't be that much different from when you came up either.
I mean she picked up the phone in her house, and heard a conversation between 2 ladies in other houses! Unless that part's poorly written by King. I think he wrote about that 2 times in the book.
