Will this ever be available in DVD format?

According to Beau L'amour, the son of Louis L'amour, it is up to the publisher who owns the rights to decide if it will ever be on DVD. Mr. L'amour informed me that if he had his way it would already be on DVD.

That's really a shame too. This is a VERY good miniseries that should have put on DVD long ago. I have it on VHS, but it's not going to last much longer!

I saw it on DVD on ebay.

I saw that too, but the one I saw turned out to be a VHS, wrongly described.
