CUTTING RUINED THIS MINISERIES VIDEO

This was certainly the best of the Titanic productions but when I obtained a tape of it several years ago I found that the show had been cut to ribbons. It originally began where other films on the subject ended and it was really excellent. What right did anyone have to cut this series in this way?

There have always been 2 versions of this-it was planned that way. The longer version was shown on US TV in 1979. The shorter version, the one that is available on VHS/DVD, was shown in theaters outside of the US. You can read more about it here:
