Manga Entertainments lisence for the Castle of Cagliostro has ran out and Optimum Releasing has just lisneced it. The DVD will be out on the 17th of October (two days after my birthday :)). Hopefully they will release the anamorphic widescreen and remastered version that is available in Japan.

Well they have finally brought out information about the DVD.

It will be the best release of Cagliostro yet as its the same as the Japanese R2 but has the storyboards and proper subtitles (not dubtitles).
