I found the comment Rocky made to Gazzo about not using "condominiums" funny. Clearly, Rocky thinks he means condoms but it stands to reason that he and Adrian use some type of birth control or planning because she gets pregnant pretty quickly after they marry and then never has anymore children. It would seem like they are using some type of contraception otherwise Adrian would have ended up pregnant somewhere again in the series. And even after the complications in Rocky II, nowhere does it say Adrian can't have anymore children. In Rocky V, when his son hold up the necklace to his ear, Rocky even says you look like the daughter I always wanted.

I always get a kick out of that comment. All the Rockys have some humor mixed in but I've always found Rocky II to be the most comedic out of the six.

Since they're Catholic they would not use contraceptives. But due to Adrian's complications with their first child, it's understandable why they would not try to have any more children. It's more than likely that she got a tubal ligation (or he a vasectomy, or both).

Maybe they just abstained. That explains why she looked so tempted by Clubber's proposal of some hot interracial loving in Rocky III.
