For me its Mickey wearing the Indian feathers on his head when Rocky grabs the chicken.

All of the Rockys have some comedic moments scattered throughout. But to me Rocky II seems to have the most of them.

Rocky saying I'm sure it's nice about the upstairs of the house is definitely one of them. Along with his response to Gazzo's question of if he wants to put his money into Condominiums.:)
