Canonical Lines in Non-Canonical Works

I've recently started to wonder how often (if ever) lines of dialouge that appear in ACD's canonical stories make their way into non-canonical works, such as this film.
Any stand out to other viewers who are also lovers of the original stories?
Thanks.

I can't think of any other standouts in this film, but back in the 80's they made a Sherlock film starring Michael Pennington and Margaret Colin as a cyrogeniclly frozen and then unfrozen Holmes and the great granddaughter of John Watson, Jane Watson. They used a bunch of them in that film! (didn't make it as a series, sadly... I loved it! Was very happy when I found a uncut copy on IOffer.

There's a nice bit of paraphrasing from 'Silver Blaze' during the scene when Holmes and Watson are travelling by coach to find Annie Crook:

Holmes: "I draw your attention to the peculiar circumstance of the man who is following us."

"There’s nobody following us," replies Watson.

"It is to that peculiar circumstance that I draw your attention."
