Where is Rosanna Arquette?

She's listed in the credits as "Girl in Commune" which I assume means the house where Candy Clark was living. So which one is she? Couldn't recognize her. Was she the girl "doing something" under the American flag? Pretty risky stuff for 1979!! Still, that didn't look like her.

You obviously weren't alive in 1979. It would have been riskier in 1989 or 2005, after America had slung back to the far fascist right.
