I found the DVD at Walmart!
It was in the Children's section for like $8.00. I was so excited, because my local Blockbuster had this movie on VHS when I was younger, and I used to rent it almost every week. I saw this British/American accent debate, and the accents were always American to me, and the DVD sounds exactly as I remember it.
Brunettes do it better...
