IMDB is the only website in the world where a film like Cannibal Holocaust gets only a 6.0/10 rating!? What the f? what horror film gets an 8/10 or better and how in the world can anyone justify the big difference between that film's quality and this film's quality. this is beyond stupid and clueless!

Chill your baps. It doesn't matter what rating a film gets. It's whether or not you like it that counts.

It must've went up. I think it used to be 5 point something. I think the animal killings cause many people to give this film a very low score without even giving it a chance. As far as they're concerned, nothing from the film can be redeemed after that.

exactly I mean this is it! this is the preeminent horror film. the most grueling horror film ever made. but this website is a joke when it comes to rating films. they also gave only 5.5 to under the skin and gave 5.5 to the teenage mutant ninja turtles remake.
