...like in the 2005 version? Just curious.

I recently saw the 2005 version and I was pretty impressed, as far as haunted house films go. I like the fact that they held back on the gore, deaths and cartoony horror stuff, which made it more real and therefore better. How's this '79 version stack up to the remake? Thanks.

I don't mind the grammar police, but -- if you are referring to my opening question "Is there a hot babysitter..." -- you're wrong. I phrased it properly.

Their is possessive. That wouldn't make sense. They're is a contraction of they are. Also, clearly wouldn't make sense in place of there.

I believe the OP did know the difference.
