Warner Brothers Archive DVD

I ordered the Warner Brothers "Archive Collection" DVD of this, and let me say it looks great!

The video is very clear and is in WIDESCREEN! (16x9 or 1.85:1). The DVD is burned on a made-to-order basis, so you'll have to wait about a week to 10 days for this to get to you. The only "extra" is the coming attractions trailer. There are no captions or chapter stops, but since this is a DVD-R, each time you hit the chapter button, it advances the film 10 minutes.

For those who have waited for an official DVD, it's here. Granted, it's only a DVD-R, but at least it wasn't duped from an aging VHS cassette.

Yayyyyyyy! Sincere thanks for the info! How much do we love Warner's Archives...all these great old movies that most of the world has forgotten but some of us cannot live without, ha ha. Three cheers for "now!"
