Is This available on DVD? or even VHS?

Not yet. I don't think I've EVER seen it broadcast, on any station, in 29 years, although I may or may not have seen it around the time it originally came out, on a movie channel. I think I bought one of those picture paperbacks of it, where they have all the key frames of the film with dialogue bubbles.

I just recently found a copy of it on VHS on ebay

HBO showed it about a year after it was pulled from the theatres.

This film is available as an MOD DVD-R from the Warner Archive Collection.
