And here I was hoping for an Aliens sequel with a follow-up private military Weyland-Yutani team sent to try and capture the aliens.

With the new Predator movie coming out, and the fact that these 2 franchises have clashed before, they should make an Aliens film, set 300 years ago and the Alien invades Africa. This way they could have an all African American cast. Of course it would be a female warrior leading her tribe to victory over this Alien. Maybe even have the Alien attack a slave ship over the Atlantic in the opening scene as its coming to round up slaves
shareI probably wouldn't go to see it. Much prefer an outer space / alien world setting for this franchise.
