looking for the song and/or name of the song that Dudley Moore played at the piano in the bar. it is a ballad and is such a great song...

That's a full version of the song you see George and Hugh (Robert Webber) writing together near the beginning of the film, "It's Not Easy to Say".

It was composed by Henry Mancini.
It is called It's Easy To Say (Piano Solo).
It can be found in the soundtrack (CD or Vinyl).
