Just watched 10 for the first time in many years. This may be really trivial, but ever notice how standards of "hotness" change over time? Bo Derek and all the women who are walking around nude at the neighbor's house are very attractive without a doubt. But all of them have fairly small breasts (by today's standards). If 10 were remade today it's guaranteed that all the women at the neighbor's pool party would have giant fake boobs. And you know that whoever played the Bo Derek character would be at least one bra size larger. Anybody else think that when they watched 10?

No I never realized that, but you have a great point. After Bo Derek came Pamela Anderson and her boobs were much bigger and that is what you looked at as she ran down the beach, in Bo Derek fashion, in her swim suit.

One reason why I hope it would not get remade.
I HATE the bouncing of gigantic fake zepplins, fake breasts look so damn ugly, unreal and make the silly fool who bought and paid for them look like a FOOL!

Although breast implants existed thirty years ago, it hadn't gotten to the point where every girl over 14 got them if their real breasts hadn't made it to 38DD on their own yet. I'd rather see a decent pair of smallish breasts than implants that look like a Nerf football cut in half and stuffed in her shirt.

Just watched "10" for the first time ever, even though I was around when it was in the theaters (albeit only age 15 at the time.) First thought was, "Wow, there's a lot of nudity in this film." Second thought was, "How refreshing to see natural breasts. What happened?"

Glad I'm not the only one. Gotta wonder whether women do it for guys or to compete with each other?

No, I didn't think of this either. I too am coming back to this after a 35-year layoff. At the time, Bo Derek was IT. A ten, indeed! Not to mention all those porn stars being hot. Then again, I was 14, and my hormones were RAGING, so any nakedness would spring me right to attention.

But yeah, if this movie were to be made now, you're absolutely right, there'd be silicone galore.

I want the doctor to take your picture so I can look at you from inside as well.
