Minder the computer game

does anyone remember playing this in the 80's?

I've played it online in the 00s, quite fun I thought from someone who was brought up with the N64 etc. One of the best games from the 80s I've played.

It would be cool if they remade it for the modern era with voice-overs etc., but that would never happen...

Yep,

and pick your own character....Arthur, Terry or Chisholm.

Yeah, there is totally a good basis for a game I reckon, like the original the aim of the game would be to return a profit each level or something while staying one step ahead of the law. A map of 80s London with 80s cars where Arthur's Jaguar or Terry's Capri is drivable would be awesome. The idea of playing Chisholm would be good too as you could try and catch Arthur and Terry in the act.

Ah well, we can dream...

Do you have the original game cartridge? Must be pretty rare.

"Oh Dear my son, you've not even made your original stake back. Why don't you try politics?"

"Hello, Arthur, I'm not in a buying mood. You can but try."

"Mr Daley? Are you interested in Blue Peter presenters. Three Blue Peter Presenters?"

"I seem to be doing all the talking."

"Hello Big Boy"

"I'll just have a look around. Oh dear, what do we have 'er. Plastic suitcases. 60 plastic suitcases."

"Hello Artur. What do you want?"
"Minder"
"Minding. OK, but it'll cost you £100 per day. Upfront."

"Dump fridges in river."

"Arthur, I went to deliver those international widgets but there weren't any in the lockup."

Back in '86 I used to play this quite a lot!!!!!
