Ad in the 90's with Arthur Daley

Can anyone direct me to a post online showing an ad with Arthur Daley that was made in the 90's. I remember him in the back of a limousine that had a television that it had footage of Marilyn Manson showing. The look on Arthur's face is priceless.

had a look but couldn't find it. the only ads I remember are the ones George Cole made for the Leeds Building society in the 80s, which are all on youtube, but it doesn't seem to be any of them.
