My KNOTS LANDING Blog Covers DALLAS Episode REUNION: PART TWO This Week

I am still working on getting my blog about KNOTS LANDING off the ground. Before starting with the PILOT of KL proper, I examine four episodes of DALLAS featuring Gary and/or Val, those episodes being "REUNION: PART ONE," "REUNION: PART TWO," "SECRETS," and "RETURN ENGAGEMENTS." This week, I have put up "REUNION: PART TWO."

In this writeup, I explore some of the differences between the David Ackroyd Gary and the Ted Shackelford Gary as well as examining how first meeting Gary and Val in these DALLAS eps, aired over one year before the KL PILOT, enhances the viewing experience of KL and provides a rich backstory for this couple that will fuel the next fourteen years.
