This Week My Blog Talks About DALLAS Episode Featuring Lucy's Wedding

On Thursday, January 22nd, 1981, J.R. Ewing crossed over into KNOTS LANDING to visit his brother and cause some trouble. On Friday, January 23rd, 1981, Gary and Val crossed over to DALLAS to see daughter Lucy get married, keeping the shows firmly linked into the same universe as they always were in these early years. This week I take a break from KNOTS to discuss this DALLAS ep, entitled END OF THE ROAD: PART TWO. I discuss my seething hatred for Miss Ellie, the confusion of briefly jumping from one show into another show, the last time we get to see Lucy and Val onscreen together ever, as well as more reasons why KNOTS is far, far superior to DALLAS in absolutely every way.
