Greg's sister Claudia.

Am I the only one who can't stand this character?

Claudia Whittaker was one of my favorite characters on KL! She was a bitch, yet so different from Abby and Anne. There was a viciousness to her character, with just a touch of menace. Abby and Anne were money and man hungry, but Claudia was dangerous. I remember the scene where she sees Meg and her nanny at the cul-de-sac when she's considering buying Abby's old house, and the look on her face as she's talking to Meg was so foreboding- she knew Meg was a major obstacle to her own daughter getting Greg's fortune when he died, and you could tell she was thinking that kid might have to have a little accident on her tricycle! Plus, it was her actions that led to her son Steve's death, something Abby and Anne would never have done themselves.

I'm sorry you didn't like the character because I think she made a great foil for Greg Sumner. All of a sudden, compared to his big sister, he didn't seem so bad! And I loved that most of the cul-de-sac, except for Greg, Paige, and Anne had no idea just how evil Claudia could be.

I just remember not enjoying KL around that time. And Claudia seemed to be one of the reasons. I think the way she used to try and control her daughter's life was annoying. Mind you I never used to like Abi doing that either. But Claudia I just found annoying in general.

Just watching the end seasons of KL where Claudia plants the gun on Steve(her son)
yet still denies it when asked by Kate. I almost forgot how annoying this character was. At least when Abby did it she had a certain charm and charisma to her badness. Claudia however was just plain irritating.

I liked Claudia. A lot of people missed Abby when she left, but I thought that Claudia and Ann filled the villain spot just right.
