Amazon is considering pulling it off playlist
Considering it 'potentially offensive'
shareIt’s a crime against humanity to deprive people of being able to watch two of the best pieces of eye candy in TV history- John Schneider and Catherine Bach!
But in all seriousness, it’s unbelievable that corporations kowtow to the loony obnoxious SJW Twitter cult. No amount of pandering will be enough and this will just get worse and worse unless those in power grow a spine. I’ve never watched the show, so I think I’ll go watch the first episode now, while I still can.
👍
shareWhat an asinine consideration. The DOH is the least racist show ever. Just watch it.
I am tired of this trend of erasing history instead of explaining it and putting things in context.
I agree that the show is not racist. The Sheriff of Chickasaw County was Black, and Boss Hogg couldn't buy him off.
shareThe stars and bars on the 'General Lee' I think is what does it.
In my time it was just a symbol of southern pride.
But that asshole Dylan Roof with his Facebook page posing w/ the Stars and Bars Flag hijacked it's meaning.
Can't they CGI a picture of George Floyd onto the top of the General Lee over the flag in recognition of his rightful place among the pantheon of other earthly heroes such as MLK and Gandhi?
shareKind of shocked that the freakshow that runs Amazon ever put it on.
shareYes its very offensive. The star of the General Lee. The word Dixie on Daisys jeep. That evil flad hanging across every govt office building including the sheriffs office. I could never watch that series ever again. Its a show for racists
