Beware of purchasing from TVDVDMania Folks.....

Dear fellow BENSON fans,I have to share my experiences that i had to endure with dealing with this TVDVDMania.com Mob,when i purchased the "Complete Benson 21 DVD Collection" last year.
The set arrived from an address in China, that i could not read properly,and every disc had fingerprints all over them,one disc was a duplicate copy of another,two discs could not be played at all,and easily 30 to 35 episodes were not even included in the "complete" series,including the last 2 final episodes.
Frustration did not end there,6 emails were then sent off to their "customer service" link,over a period of two weeks,and not one reply was received in return.
They cost me about $165 Australian,and it is indeed an incomplete load of junk.
Oh how i wish SONY would release them all,so we all can be in BENSON Paradise watching them again!!

100% lousy that this happened to you. I sure wish Sony would get on the ball here and start releasing the other seasons.

Seems like it's been FOREVER since Season 1 came out.

I'm sorry that happened to you, Noel...I definitely understand the desire to get all of Benson on DVD but I am always very skeptical of deals like these, especially when they seem to be "bootlegs". There are too many scam artists out there. I hope you can somehow report them. We have the Better Business Bureau here in the States; I'm not sure what agencies you have in Australia.

And yes, Sony needs to get on in with Benson already. I'm patient, but they really are slow!!

Mate that's no good - a mate of mine did the same thing with the Get Smart complete series - he got duplicate DVD's and they were very shoddy quality. They even managed to get the wrong show on a few of the DVD's!
Oh and he'd also paid by credit card, and they charged him twice.
Boycott these criminals!
