I see season 1 is going to be re-released in Aug, I'm not sure why exactly but maybe there is hope for seasons 2-4 after ward.

Is there anything different about the release? Better picture quality?

It doesn't appear that anything is new in this release. I have the original release of season 1 and recorded seasons 2-4 onto DVD-R so I can wait it out and see if the rest of the seasons will eventually get released or not.
