I NEED TO KNOW THE NAME OF A SONG

There was no song names on the credits, so could you help me guys?

This song plays when C. and C. are on the weed car going to the police department. And then, when the leave the PD , the song starts again.

Really cool funky rythim with some real nice guitars.
