The scene with her and the trucker was weird

She tries to seduce him - or perhaps trying to scare him off - and he drops her off in Hollywood calling her a pervert. It was just really creepy to hear her come on to that old guy.

I read the scene as she was intentionally pushing him in order to get an easy out.

Watching the uncut version again, it's pretty apparent she was turning the tables on the trucker to make him uncomfortable enough to drop her off at the location where she went on to play her next pinball game.
