Does anybody knows where that movie plays ? L.A ?
Does this High Rises (Arkham Tower / Blake Tower) really exists ? Where ?
When was this film made ?
I can't find any informations in the web.

Yes, it's set in LA (as she says, many times throughout!) Dunno if the name of the tower really was/is Arkham though. It was made in 1978.

Carpenter mentions in the DVD featurette that the buildings were in Santa Monica.
