I was 15 when I saw this the first time, now I am 50...
I just watched it again. I think the thing that scares me the most is the idea that they saw each other for 26 years was "so long" when I was 15, and now,35 years later, 26 years was no time at all.
I really like the movie. When I first saw it, I thought the changes in personality was a little much for 5 or 6 years, but looking back at my own life I can see similar changes over similar periods of time.
Very good movie.
