Matthew with the clones in the garden

As they are running away he goes back and kills his own clone with an axe. However, he doesn't kill the others' clones. So, was it Matthew's fault that the rest were cloned ? I've always wondered if that was implied.

anybody ... ?

not really because once the clone and the original host are not close to each other, the clone can not fully become alive and dies. Jeff Goldblum's character is cloned about 3 times in the movie. Obvously the 3rd clone is what took over him eventually. Elizabeth also was cloned about 3 times also before the 3rd one took over.

So, I guess you COULD sleep for short periods of time if you were to set an alarm clock or have somebody watch while you slept :-)

my best bet would be to sleep where there are obviously no pods.. so i would try to find a deserted Island somewhere.. If i was in San Francisco , i would try to maybe get a boat and head out to either Alcatraz Prison or perhaps Angel Island.. I doubt the pods would want anything really to do with Alcatraz since basically it is a tourist attraction.

Once at Alcatraz, if it is safe, they could get some sleep, shower, etc, and then make their next move

Too bad FX network or maybe AMC could make a limited series on Body Snatchers. I think it would work good ..

First of all it was a garden ho. He couldn't kill the girl's face he loved. He hesitated killing his own clone. In any case the scariest scene. He should have killed them all I remeber he did, rewatching, he didn't. You're pretty cute btw!
