Young'uns probably didn't catch this but the latest South Park episode S15E10 had a scene (roughly 17:40 in) which parodied the goblin song from Hobbit '77!

The whole Lemmiwinks/Hobbit connection is hysterical. I'm glad they brought him back after so many years.

Don't forget the first SP episode that featured Lemmiwinks ("Death Camp of Tolerance" from Season 6) also spoofed the Rankin-Bass "Hobbit."
