does anyone know who sings the intro song to this move?

It sounds like whatever that group is who sings the

"believe it or not" song that George parodies for his answering machine in Seinfield "Believe it or not, George isn't at home, leave a message..." but I dont know what that is either? Can anyone help?

The song playing while Gloria is driving down the coast is Ready To Take A Chance Again by Barry Manilow.
