QSKY Radio Station Building
The same building appears in a Rockford Files episode called "Local Man Eaten By Newspaper." The QSKY billboard is still next to the building in the episode.
"I stapled my pants."
I think that is because the building isn't real. It may have been built on the Universal backlot as a set.
