Simon and Jackie. They were lovers. I guess Jackie pretended to shoot him because he wasnt really shot. When everyone left the room, he ran to Linette's room, shot her, and wrote the J in blood over the bed. Jackie killed the old lady and the maid because they figured out who did it. In the end, Jackie asked Poirote if she could kiss Simon and he said yes. She knelt down, kissed him and then shot him and then herself. I think Poirote knew she was going to do this, but didn't try to stop her.
