The helicopter zombie guy was seriously deformed

Dudes head looked like Frankenstein's or something, really tall and flat. I'm assuming the character looked like before turning into a zombie, cause turning into a zombie shouldn't make your head look like that. Character mus have been deformed prior to turning into a zombie.

I mean i guess it was because of the appliance that the copter was gonna slice off but still he just looked really weird. Surely they could have made it so his head didn't look so obviously staged to be chopped off.

It was just like this big obviously tall head piece that was waiting to be sliced off.

I mean look at it, tell me its not Frankenstein

The prosthetic deformed due to heat...I've seen pictures of the guy with the makeup freshly done and he looks perfect. I suppose the relatively low budget prevented a reshoot.
