Stephen pounding the glass in the department store

Right after Roger and Peter got Flyboy with them in the department store, they needed a diversion. Flyboy starts pounding that glass with book be found about the mall. Does anyone else think it would have been comical if Stephen just broke the glass with the book.

reply

I've always thought that, "whoopee ... Oops!"
Just assumed its toughened glass, plexiglass stuff.

reply

I thought he was trying to show off in front of Roger and Peter. He was the weaker of the 3 and using a book is just dumb but it made sense for the character.

Dawn of the Dead (78) is the best horror film ever.

reply

The glass was quite sturdy or the zombies themselves would have easily broken through.

Oh I understand Stephen was probably weaker than Roger & Peter and the use of the book was more of showing off when pounding on the glass. The glass would strong too.

I just thought it would have been funny if when he pounded it, the glass just broke. I know it wouldn't have done so but just would been comical.

reply

Even funnier would have been having Stephen catch Fran blowing Peter two days after landing.
Come on he was macking on her the second he got in the helicopter.

not gonna lie - I did a double-take on your thread title

Thought it read "Stephen pounding the azz in the department store."

Spit out my soda just re-typing that brain fart

reply

I seriously doubt Stevie boy would be doing the ass pounding. He'd be the one receiving (and enjoying) it.
