I think that this movie Dawn Of The Dead (1978) is way better than Night Of The Living Dead (1968), am I the only one who feels this way?

I actually think all three of Romero's "real" Dead films are equal, despite having very different qualities.

For example, I find Night and Day much scarier than Dawn, although Dawn has very likable characters.

From a filmmaking point of view, this one is by far the best. Romero's storytelling is masterful here, with brilliant characters and superb pacing. No other zombie film comes near it - maybe 28 Days Later.
