Scum of the Earth

The episode with this out of control punk band has to be my favorite.

Cracks me up every time I see it!!

In sitcoms, they almost always have to have ridiculous names for bands for some reason.

But it fit! 😁

I concur! My fave episode, as well! Great writing & hilarious performances.

The lead singer (too lazy to look him up, you do it!) was a real singer, who worked with, knew and partied with many legends of Rock. As a matter of fact, I think possibly all three of them were real musicians of some note. But the lead singer was a real honest to God rock musician, which added the realism of the show. Who knows, probably in the 1960s-1970s he probably did drugs, got drunk, tossed hotel rooms and go into fights. People did that before the Internet.
