no nipples were ever shown. I watched it every week and was hooked, but a women's prison drama isn't truly complete without the nipple exposure. That's how it really is in female jails.

With most of the cast of Pris, I'd not much fancy seeing their nipples. You do see a bit of Marilyn Mason's areola in one of the early episodes where she's up in the rec room roof with Eddie the electrician. I also seem to remember an incident when someone is shoving Nolene Burke into one of the shower stalls and you get a blink-and-you-miss-it glimpse at her boobs. Which aren't great but certainly preferable to her face!

Everyone seems to forget that this was taped in the 70's & 80's. It's not like the yuppy teenage crap that is on TV right now where every blonde bimbo is flashing something at the camera now. It simply wasn't "done" in Australia around that time... even in an M rating.

Isn't there a full frontal at the start of the series from the air hostess with whom Mr Bentley is having an affair? I remember it being quite risque and shocking, and very much out of the ordinary for the usual Prisoner fare.
