One of my favorite shows of all time.The styles and music are extremely dated but the great writing,acting and relevant themes hold up well even today.

The styles? As in hairstyles and clothes styles, yes. It was dated...and tacky. But, it was also the 70s when the show started. Those were the styles of that time. The classic, familiar, piano instrumental "The Lonely Man" theme by Joe Hornell, which is what you hear at the end of every episode, was one of the most memorable theme songs in TV history.
