What makes you "Hulk out"?

Two things make me "Hulk out". A few years ago my mailman used to give me mail addressed for many of my neighbors. God only knows who received my mail. How hard can it be to put clearly labeled envelopes in marked boxes? And they usually give the weak excuse that "it wasn't the regular carrier".

A few years ago I asked hospital nurses for a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) consent form and they had no idea what I was speaking about. HIPAA has been in effect since around 2003 and every nurse should know what it is.

I'm a very even tempered guy by nature and in general I keep my cool. But man, lately work has really brought the worst out of me. Just poor decisions from the top and their trickle down effects have dramatically shorted my fuse.

UberPOOL makes me Hulk out. It is a substandard service for uber riders. And it gives drivers lower ratings and less money.

Stupid drivers. Probably similar to a lot of people. But essentially people that drive so stupidly that makes you want to go out and shake them and ask what they hell they are thinking. Like driving through a green light and they just tap the brakes. Or those who are driving along.. everything is fine..and then they just tap the brakes for no effing reason!
