Does anyone know how old she is at the beginning... 1938 i think (the wedding and stuff) because i can only assume with her hair pinned up at her death she must be 16 or past 16 or something like that... any info?

Your guess is as good as anybody's. The film never mentions her age.

Sorry, that's incorrect, Rudi and his parents mention, in 2 different scenes, Anna's age. As noted in another post, she was 16 when she was murdered by the Nazis.

Rudi says she was 16 when he finds out about her death, but he could have meant she was 16 the last time he saw her. Maybe she was 17 by the time she died.

In both the mini-series and the novel, Anna Weiss is thirteen in 1935. That would have made her sixteen at the time she was raped in 1938.
