i have to admit, i caught part of this movie the other night on fox movie channel, and was riveted .. it instantly reminded me of Heavy Metal, a childhood favorite.. i don't know how i missed this movie, tho i had heard of a few other movies of his ...

oh, amazon is offering the 3 disc set of the hobbit/lotr/return of the king set, 2 disc fire and ice edition, and wizards, all for $67 new.. sounds like a deal !

Well I was really turned off by this. It in no way reminded me of Heavy Metal. The characters looked ridiculous and childish. The animation was positively infantile. I've never heard of this and now I know why.
